When you register, we collect the following Personal Data:
Email, First and Last Name, Hotel name, Country and Phone number.
We use personal information and other information we obtain from your current and past activities on hoteliga, to provide to you the services offered by hoteliga; troubleshoot problems; inform you about offers, products, services, events and updates; deliver information to you that, in some cases, is relevant to your interests, such as hoteliga’s news; customize your experience; detect and protect us against error, fraud and other criminal activity.
You own your own data
Hoteliga will only store information that is entered by you and your personnel. The data entered by you and the hotel’s personnel remains your property
and hoteliga will not use or make available for use any of this information to any third party. Your data may be permanently deleted by hoteliga 30 days after you stop paying to use hoteliga, or at your request. In case you want to end your subscription at hoteliga and delete your account, you can ask for a copy of your data within 30 days.
You control who has access to your data
The data entered by you or your personnel is stored securely in a database and is only accessible to you and your approved personnel. You have full control over who you want to have access. It is yours and your personnel’s responsibility to keep your passwords safe.
Your data is secure
Hoteliga’s servers are secure and protected. All data are stored in secure data warehouse facilities in Germany. Hoteliga backs up all your data every 4 hours so all your data is secure.
This policy may be updated from time to time
Hoteliga reserves the right to change this policy at any time and any amended policy will be posted on this website.
